PERU ORGANIC RFA SMBC VILLA RICA SHB coffee is sourced from Alexander Brack Egg who owns the Brack Estate, which is located in the Oxapampa Province within the Pasco Region of Peru. The Brack family first immigrated to Peru from Germany in the 1920s and remnants of their German culture remain to this day in the district of Villa Rica. Coffee plants on the 300 hectares estate are naturally fertilized with compost originating from coffee pulp. The bird-friendly estate also has certifications from the Rainforest Alliance and the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center (SMBC).
